MEZCAL, TEQUILA, LESSONS AND TASTINGS BY FRANCISCO IBARRA RIVERA...
I produce 2 local mezcal with wild agaves cupreata harvested at Zihuatanejo highlands free of pesticides and feritilizers.
I give lessons and tastings based on spirits made with agaves: Mezcal, Tequila, Raicilla, Bacanora, Sotol…
Mezcal technically refers to any spirit made from agave — meaning all tequilas are mezcal, but not all mezcals are tequila.
However, over time the name has come to refer more specifically to a distinct spirit that differs from tequila in certain key aspects.
For example, while most tequila is produced industrially, mezcal is a fundamentally artisanal.
MEZCAL COCO
Mezcal Coco is a unique spirit mixed with local mezcal and coconuts. We put the mix inside coconut underground after certain time the coconut is brought out and bottled.
Enjoy the flavors of the mezcal and coconut in one drink 30gl .
